Lag/Friends List/NPC Problems
In the last few weeks I've been getting a few problems with my game. First problem is on my Ranger, when I press N it shows all friends online and people few people offline. It even shows people that I've taken off and it won't let me remove/add/ignore etc. Also, sometimes when I am trying to talk my words get picked up later. For example when I type something like "Hello" it picks up "ello" I'm not sure if its my keyboard or if its Guild Wars. Lasty, the final problem I've been having is sometimes when I am in towns/outposts and I talk to an NPC like the storage it says I'm targeting them and when I click on them it won't let me talk to them.

I'd suggest contacting ANET support on this one. Make sure you take some good screen shots regarding your friends list and try to get some that make it obvious to anyone that there is a problem.
